What do I do if my shopping miles are missing?

Shopping transactions can take up to 10 days to move from Clicked to Pending. If it's been more than 10 days, you'll want to file a claim for missing miles. This can be done by clicking on the shopping trip itself, then going through the missing miles claims process.
