What happens if I can't make my hotel stay?

Booked a hotel stay but you're not able to make it? Whether or not you're still able to earn Rove Miles will depend depend on which type of rate you've booked:
- Rove Rate stays: Whether non-refundable or refundable, you'll still earn Rove Miles based on the amount you've paid. Non-refundable stays will post immediately after booking, while refundable stays will post after checkout. Note: To earn Rove Miles on refundable Rove Rate stays, you must not cancel the booking.
- Loyalty Eligible stays: Loyalty Eligible bookings generally do not earn Rove Miles if you don't complete your stay, whether you've booked a refundable or non-refundable rate. Very rarely, you may still receive credit.
