Earning Additional Miles (Loyalty Programs & Credit Cards)

When you book through Rove, you can often earn more than just Rove Miles. Here’s how to maximize additional rewards across airline programs, hotel programs, and credit cards.
Earn Airline Miles
You can earn airline miles on top of your Rove Miles by adding your booking to your airline’s loyalty account.
How It Works
After booking your flight on Rove, you’ll receive:
- Your Rove booking reference code
- Your airline confirmation code (PNR)
To earn airline miles:
- Log in to your airline’s website or app.
- Enter your PNR to pull up the trip.
- Add your frequent flyer number to link the reservation to your loyalty account.
You’ll earn miles based on the airline’s program rules for your fare type.
Important: You do not need to contact Rove to add your flight to your airline account. Simply use the PNR in your confirmation email.
Earn Hotel Points
Loyalty Eligible rates booked through Rove will earn hotel points and benefits, though you’ll need to make sure that you’re entering your loyalty number during the checkout process.
Once added, your booking will sync automatically to your hotel’s app and will be eligible for points.
Earn Credit Card Rewards
You can also earn points or miles from your credit card issuer when paying for Rove bookings.
Tips to Maximize Credit Card Miles
- Use a travel rewards credit card for flight and hotel purchases
- Use cards that offer bonuses for travel, online purchases, or general spending
- If shopping with the Rove browser extension, complete checkout in the same tab after clicking “Activate” to ensure proper tracking
