How Transfer Partners Work
Last updated December 2, 2025
Rove Miles are designed to be flexible. Whether you want the simplicity of booking through Rove or the strategic value of transferring to a loyalty program, you can choose the option that fits your travel style.
Redeeming Rove Miles
You can use your Rove Miles in two ways:
1. Book Directly Through Rove
Search for travel on Rove’s platform, whether you’re looking to book flights or hotels. Make sure you toggle your search over to redeem miles.
Once you’ve found a flight or hotel stay that you like, you’ll simply go through the checkout process on Rove’s website.
2. Transfer Miles to a Partner Program
If you’re looking to target a specific fare, hotel stay, upgrade, or sweet-spot redemption, you can also transfer your Rove Miles. This can be done through the transfer partner page. Once completed, you’ll want to head to the partner’s website to complete your booking.
How to Transfer Your Rove Miles to a Partner
1. Go to “Transfer Miles”
Log in to your Rove account.
Click your profile icon and select Transfer Miles from the menu.
2. Choose Your Partner
Select the loyalty program to which you’d like to transfer. Partners include airlines from all three major airline alliances.
3. Enter the Number of Miles You’d Like to Redeem
You’ll then want to choose how many Rove Miles you’d like to send. Note that some programs may require minimums or specific transfer increments. Rove also has a minimum transfer requirement of 2,000 Rove Miles.
4. Confirm & Complete the Transfer
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish. Some transfers are instant; others may take a short processing time depending on the partner.
5. Redeem on the Partner’s Website
Once your miles appear in your partner account, you can redeem them directly for flights, hotels, upgrades, or other travel rewards through that program.
Rove Transfer Partner Ratios
Rove has very favorable transfer ratios:
- All airline partners transfer at a 1:1 ratio.
- Accor Live Limitless transfers at 1.5:1, meaning 1.5 Rove Miles = 1 ALL point.
Why Transfer Rove Miles?
Transferring gives you access to 13 global partners, covering:
- All three major airline alliances (Star Alliance, Oneworld, SkyTeam)
- A leading international hotel program
- Valuable niche carriers with hard-to-beat award charts
This opens the door to travel opportunities you can’t always book directly through a single platform—from a luxury Accor stay in Paris, to a domestic American Airlines flight booked via Etihad, to a Star Alliance long-haul redemption through Turkish Airlines.
Transfers turn your Rove Miles into a universal travel currency, helping you stretch your rewards further and choose the program that offers the best deal for your trip.
