Last updated December 2, 2025
After booking through Rove, you can view your trip details anytime in your Rove account. You can also manage most aspects directly through the airline’s website or mobile app.
Here are some things to know about flights you’ve booked with Rove.
Flight Changes & Cancellations
Non-Refundable Flights
- No refunds are issued for non-refundable fares.
- Some airlines may offer travel credit, depending on their policies.
Refundable Fares
- Many airlines allow free cancellation within 24 hours of booking, provided the fare rules support it.
- Fully refundable fares will be credited back to your method of payment once cancelled.
How to Request a Flight Change
Flight changes cannot be made directly on the Rove website. To request a modification:
1. Contact Rove Support
Choose either method:
- Live Chat: Use the chat box on the Rove website or app
- Email: Send your request to support@rovemiles.com
Be sure to include:
- Your airline confirmation code (PNR)
- The exact change requested (new dates, times, passenger details, etc.)
- Rove will reach out to the airline on your behalf to request the change.
2. What Happens Next
- Standard response time is typically up to 48 hours.
- Once the airline responds, we’ll notify you of any fare differences, change fees, or restrictions before proceeding.
Name Corrections
For Minor Corrections
Airlines typically allow small fixes such as:
- Correcting typos
- Adding/removing titles (Mr., Ms., Mrs.)
- Adding suffixes (Jr., Sr.)
For Full Name Changes
Most airlines do not permit full name changes once a ticket is issued.
To request a name correction:
- Contact Rove via chat or email, and
- Include your confirmation code and the correction needed
Rove will submit the request to the airline for you.
Key Notes & Tips
- Always include your confirmation code when requesting changes or corrections. It speeds up processing.
- For refundable fares, submit change or cancellation requests as early as possible to avoid missing deadlines.
- All fees, fare differences, and eligibility are determined by the airline’s policies, not Rove.
