How to Cancel Your Hotel Booking

You can cancel most eligible hotel bookings directly through your Rove account. Here’s how to cancel, what to expect, and how refunds work.
1. Log in to Your Rove Account
Visit rovemiles.com, enter your mobile number, and verify using your OTP code.
2. Go to “My Trips”
Click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select My Trips from the dropdown menu.
3. Open Your Hotel Reservation
Choose the hotel booking you want to cancel. You’ll see your full reservation details, including room type, dates, and the cancellation policy.
4. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page
If your booking is eligible, you’ll see a Cancel Booking button. Click Cancel Booking and confirm your choice.
If you don’t see the cancel option, the booking may be non-refundable or past the cancellation deadline.
Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Bookings
Refundable Bookings
You may cancel before the stated deadline for a full refund in the same form of payment (miles or cash).
Non-Refundable Bookings
These reservations cannot be canceled or refunded once confirmed.Your confirmation page and email will clearly state if a booking is non-refundable.
Refund Timing
If your cancellation is eligible:
- Miles refunds: Returned to your Rove account within 24–48 hours
- Card refunds: Typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
Processing times may vary based on your bank.
