How Do I Add My Loyalty Program?

If you want to earn miles or points directly with your airline or hotel loyalty program, here’s exactly how to make sure everything syncs correctly.
Airlines
You can add your frequent-flyer number straight through the airline’s website or app. It only takes a minute:
- Find your airline confirmation code: It’s listed in your Rove booking confirmation.
- Log into your airline loyalty account: Use the airline’s site or mobile app.
- Add the trip to your account: Look for a section like “Add Booking,” “Manage Trip,” or “Upcoming Trips,” then enter your confirmation code.
Once your trip is linked, your airline miles will automatically post after you complete the flight.
There’s no need to contact Rove for airline loyalty accrual; airlines handle this on their end.
Hotels
Loyalty Eligible hotel bookings through Rove allow you to earn points and enjoy elite-status benefits with your favorite hotel chains. To make sure everything posts correctly:
- Add your hotel loyalty number during checkout when booking through Rove.
- Hotel points and elite-night credits will post directly through the hotel’s system, not through Rove.
