Where are my miles?

We get it—you made a purchase, took a flight, or checked out of your hotel, and now you’re wondering: where are my Rove Miles?

Here’s how it works:

Flights

Miles earned from flights typically post within 24 hours after your flight lands.

Hotels

  • Non-refundable hotels: You earn miles instantly after booking.
  • Refundable hotels: Miles are awarded around 24 hours after you check out.

Rove Shopping

Once the purchase is completed, miles will be tracked and credited to your Rove account as pending usually within 24 hours (but can take up to 10 days).

Miles fully posting can take up to 30-100 days depending on each merchant. As soon as the merchant pays Rove the commission, we immediately post the miles on your account. Some merchants don't begin processing rewards until the return or cancelation window has closed.

All miles that haven’t posted yet will appear as Pending in your transaction history under your profile. You’ll be able to track what’s on the way and when to expect it.

Missing Miles

If you believe you should have earned miles for a transaction but are missing them, please press the support chat button at the bottom, start a new message, and press "Report an issue" followed by "Missing miles." From here, you can fill out information on the miles you believe you are missing, and we can escalate your request with the relevant parties. For shopping purchases, please make sure it has been ten days after the purchase before you report missing miles. For refundable hotel stays, please wait until a day after you complete your stay at the hotel before reporting missing miles.
