Rove now makes it possible to book Loyalty Eligible stays directly through our website.
What’s Loyalty Eligible? It’s a program that allows you to book your hotel on Rove, earn Rove Miles, and still enjoy all the benefits of booking directly with a hotel. This includes elite night credits and elite status benefits such as complimentary breakfast and room upgrades.
To give the hotel enough time to process a Loyalty Eligible booking—and make sure that your benefits are recognized—you’ll need to book a stay more than 48 hours in advance. This means that, generally speaking, Loyalty Eligible benefits won’t apply to last-minute bookings.
How to book Loyalty Eligible stays
Finding and booking a Loyalty Eligible hotel stay with Rove is easy. First, you’ll want to log in to your Rove account.
Once logged in, navigate to the Hotels section from the toolbar up top. Type in where you’d like to go, as well as your dates of stay, then hit the search button. You’ll then get your search results.
To filter out properties to only ones that are Loyalty Eligible, switch on the toggle on the left-hand side. Once you find a hotel that you like, click on it to see how much it’ll cost you when either paying cash or redeeming Rove Miles.
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your loyalty program number. After you’ve received your confirmation, you’ll be able to see your hotel booking directly within the hotel chain’s app.
Maximizing Miles With Travel Credit Cards
Rove Rate purchases made on Rove code as 7011 - Hotels and Lodging, which means you’ll want to pay using a card that maximizes either general travel or hotel bookings.
Loyalty Eligible hotel stays are charged by the hotel itself, which means paying with a co-branded credit card is your best bet.
Do I need to pay a resort fee for Loyalty Eligible stays?
Some elite members enjoy waived resort fees on eligible stays. If this is the case for you, this benefit still applies even when booking Loyalty Eligible through Rove.
