Need an invoice or receipt for your trip? We’re happy to help. Here’s how to request one and what to expect.
How to Request an Invoice From Rove
You can request a receipt or business invoice by contacting us in either of these ways:
- Email: support@rovemiles.com
- Live Chat: Use the chat icon on the Rove website
When reaching out, please include the following to speed up processing:
- Booking reference (for hotel stays) or airline confirmation code/PNR (for flights)
- Traveler’s full name
- Email address used at checkout
- Any special requirements for business invoices (company name, address, tax ID, or anything your expense report requires)
When You’ll Receive Your Invoice
- Standard receipts are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
- Business invoices or detailed expense documents may take slightly longer, depending on what’s required.
