Want to make sure every online purchase earns Rove Miles? Follow these best practices to help ensure your transactions track smoothly and your miles post without issues.

1. Activate Before You Buy

Always click “Activate” on the offer from the shopping portal before you start your purchase.

This confirms that your session is being tracked so your miles can be credited automatically.

Look for the on-screen notification indicating the offer is active.

2. Use Only One Rewards Extension

If you have other cashback or miles extensions installed, disable them during your purchase.

Running multiple extensions at once can interrupt tracking and cause your transaction to go uncredited.

3. Complete Checkout in the Same Tab

After activating the offer, stay in the same browser tab until checkout is complete.
